I've tried every way to download a video I made no success been trying over a week

Hey @Kenya385320047kdw, Can you download the video project from the webapp from a desktop browser? Can you let us know the length of the video project and how many design assets and media are used in the video project? Sometimes, breaking the video projects into smaller segments helps download them, and you can always use quick actions to merge the videos back.

Please share your observations for us to work on this issue.

I tried the web browser no luck. The video is 10:53 and there's one audio
track that plays for 10 mins. I have about a 6-8 sec video template from
the app broken down (duplicated) so it can be 10mins and 53 secs
