If you have migrated all your projects to the new Adobe Express mobile version, then reverting to the older app will not be possible. However, if migrating projects is not yet done, you'd be getting an option to revert to the older app.

Note: this would be available for a limited time so you can finish up your pending or ongoing work in the previous app and upgrade when ready.
