Forgot to answer one of your questions: yes we have high speed Internet and it is stable I believe. If it were to cut out though, could that be the issue?
Thanks for your reply. I believe it was on the Desktop app each time. It was new content I was working on by duplicating existing pages within a project and making edits for multiple variations.
I don't use multiple accounts but I do use multiple devices, my phone, laptop, and desktop PC. Each time it happened during about an hour design session on the same device on an already existing project. For example, the last project had 5 pages of design work and then all but one page disappeared. I'm now in the habit of downloading every page before clicking out but I shouldn't have to worry about that.
I really want AE to be better than Canva bc it integrates so well with all my Creative Cloud content. But I still pay for Canva unfortunately.
Adobe Express should be syncing your content as you're editing. A few questions to better understand the situation.
- Are you using Express on a computer or mobile device? - Are you editing from more than one device or account? - Is your internet connection high-speed and stable? - How long had you been editing between the 3 times in which this occurred?
Is it possible you may have multiple Adobe accounts and are logged in under a different account? This is a possibility especially if you are using a free Express account, since it's easy to make a new account with each email address you have.
