I wasn't able to add a .mov file like animation from AE to Aexpress. Same thing if i produce the animation on express, cant be exported as animation without background, .mp4 file always keep the alpha channel.

    Hi @C32569239k1tm

I was able to perform both (import .mov file and remove background on an .mp4 file). Which browser are you using?

And could you share the files with me using the mechanism desribed here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/share.html? If you don't wish to create a public link, let me know and I will DM you my adobe id.

    Thanks,

    Abhi G
