mov files not importing

Mov files are not importing and Mp4 files that are importing are not removing background.

    I wasn't able to add a .mov file like animation from AE to Aexpress. Same thing if i produce the animation on express, cant be exported as animation without background, .mp4 file always keep the alpha channel.

    I was able to perform both (import .mov file and remove background on an .mp4 file). Which browser are you using?
