Thanks for the clarification, People are always a bit wary of clearing their cache but it helps a lot with Adobe Express. I'm sorry it didn't this time.

And no worries, we all know that Japanese translation is always wacky, even using pretty advanced translators. I love how your language will always need real profesionnals to do the job! 🙂

That said, if you ever need a quick help, just know that there is also an Adobe Discord server with a section in Japanese, mantained by (Real, human) Japanese speakers

https://discord.gg/aqwEefWF

When you accept the invite, go to "channels and roles" and choose Japanese in the list of languages and then you'll unlock a japanese channel where you will be able to ask questions.
Obviously I don't know how it will appear in your interface, but I hope that will help..

I’ve realized the reason for the misunderstanding—it was a translation error. When I used the Japanese-to-English translation button, the part where I wrote "I tried but it didn’t work" was translated as "I didn’t want." That caused the confusion. Sorry about that!

I would like to start by saying that I am not very fluent in English, so I am replying to you with the help of translation tools. If I misunderstand your intentions or say something unclear, I apologize in advance.

Thank you for your response. I wanted to clarify that I did clear the cache as part of my troubleshooting process, but unfortunately, it didn’t resolve the issue in this particular case.

I eventually found that the problem was caused by a specific text element on the timeline, which was not displaying properly in the preview. Once I identified and removed it, the issue was resolved, and I could download the video without any errors.

I completely understand the importance of clearing the cache regularly to avoid system lag, and I already do so as part of my regular maintenance routine. I just wanted to share my findings in case they help others experiencing similar issues.

Thank you again for your advice and support!

I know you said you didn't want to clear the cache, but by experience, it's something that you will have to do, on a regaulr basis, when working with bigger files in Adobe Express (and other apps as well). At some point it just makes the system lag a lot, and needs to be done anyway.
I use CCleaner on a regular basis but you can do it directly in the browser settings.

Adobe Express

Some users are experiencing it and some don't just check the following
One frequent culprit is Express files with many hundreds of assets; in that case, the best workaround is to split the video timeline across multiple pages, download them individually, then merge them together using the quick actions.

Besides it's always good to test the following:
Reset the page by hitting F5

Clear your browser cache

Change browser and make sure you use one of the following: Edge, Safari, Firefox and Chrome (and only those 4)
