MP4 Download Fails on Both Web and Mobile App
When attempting to download a project as an MP4 file, the download process fails to complete on both the web version and the mobile app.
Expected Result The project should render successfully, and the MP4 file should be downloaded to the device's local storage.
Actual Result
On Web: The download progress bar appears and 100% complete, but No file is downloaded.
On Mobile: Tapping to download icon may become unresponsive. The file is never saved to the device's gallery or files.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken
Cleared browser cache and cookies.
Tried using a different web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
Reinstalled the mobile app.
Restarted both the computer and mobile device.
Attempted the download on different Wi-Fi and cellular networks.
The issue persists across all platforms and troubleshooting attempts, suggesting a problem with the export service itself.
