MP4 export and download issue on Adobe Express

I have been unsuccessful in downloading the MP4 file of a video I created on Adobe Express with using Edge, Chrome, and Safari. Additionally, I have been unable to save the video to my Google account.

This issue is typically due to a used stock asset's licensing change; delete any blank layers in your file if there are any. Try duplicating the file and check again. Also, please grant us the edit access to check if we're able to download it or not.
