MP4 Export Failing

Hello,

 

I was able to create a project and export it (view project here).

 

The following day, I made a few small changes (mostly text based) and now I am no longer able to export the video (5-second long) as MP4.

  • PNG/PDF export just fine, but are not the desired format
  • Download Failed: An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again.

 

I am not sure what I am doing wrong or how the tiny changes I made resulted in this issue?

 

Please help!

Is this still happening? We did have an issue over the weekend, but it should be resolved now.

    Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Are you still encountering this issue? If so, did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

     

    If you recently installed any pop-up blockers or third-party Extensions or plugins, try disabling them and checking again.

     

    Also, you can try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, restart the browser and check again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4i5SP5O.

    Hi, thank you so much for your reply! Yes, I did try all of those
    suggestions as they were also suggested to others in previous posts. But
    still experiencing the issue.

    I noticed that the file doesn't have a working preview in the "Your stuff"
    page either. I guess they must be related/indicative of the issue.

    Do you suggest I just try to recreate the project again?
