Multi-Select not working

I am trying to use the multi-select tool on a project and it is not working. I have tried:
Updating the App (iOS 18)

Deleting and Reinstalling the App

Duplicating the file

Using an old file

Using Desktop (PC Windows 10)

Using home WiFi and using Cell Data

 

No matter what I do, I cannot select multiple layers at a time, either on desktop or the app. This is extremely frustrating and problematic. Please help!

I appreciate your wok on this issue. It was resolved for a while. Unfortunately I am

having the issue again and it makes using this app nearly impossible. It is occurring both on desktop and in the iOS app (after deleting and reinstalling the app).

I have updated the app with the current date and I still do not have multi-select functionality. This feature is extremely important. Why doesn't it work? Why won't you help me?

Thanks for reaching out. I am able to use the multi-select tool. On the desktop, did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps.

 

On mobile, please ensure your Adobe Express app is updated. If so, try rebooting your device or try reinstalling the app and let us know if that helps.
