Multiple serious iOS issues: freezing, broken zoom, AI image quality loss and poor Your Stuff performance

I use Adobe Express regularly on iPhone with a paid subscription, and I am experiencing several recurring issues that significantly affect normal editing.

1. Severe performance degradation and freezing

After using Adobe Express for some time, the editor becomes increasingly slow and unstable. Moving or selecting individual layers can become extremely laggy and sometimes the app practically freezes.

2. Your Stuff appears to affect performance

I have noticed a repeatable pattern: when many projects accumulate in Your Stuff, Adobe Express becomes significantly slower and less responsive.

When I manually delete a large number of old projects from Your Stuff, editor performance noticeably improves again.

This has happened repeatedly, so I believe there may be an issue related to project synchronization, indexing, thumbnails, caching, or another process associated with Your Stuff.

Unfortunately, cleaning it up is extremely frustrating because there is no convenient Select All / Bulk Delete option. Deleting projects individually takes a very long time.

3. Pinch-to-zoom sometimes resizes a layer instead

When I use a two-finger pinch gesture to zoom the canvas, Adobe Express sometimes resizes the currently selected layer instead of zooming the canvas.

This can accidentally modify the design and makes precise editing extremely difficult.

4. AI editing can significantly reduce image quality

After using AI editing features, the quality of the entire image can noticeably deteriorate. The image becomes softer, lower-resolution or visibly pixelated, including areas that were not supposed to be modified by the AI operation.

A high-resolution source image should retain its original quality outside the AI-modified area.

These problems are recurring rather than isolated incidents and seriously affect everyday use of Adobe Express on iPhone.

For a paid creative application, I expect basic editing, layer manipulation and canvas zoom to remain stable, and AI editing should not degrade the quality of the entire image.

Please investigate these iOS performance and image-quality issues. I would also strongly recommend adding proper multi-select / Select All / Bulk Delete functionality to Your Stuff.

Apologies this sat without a response, it's a very thorough report and it deserved a reply sooner. Since it's been a few weeks and the iOS app updates often, one quick thing up front: are all still happening on your current version?

Taking them one at a time:

Performance degrading and freezing over a session: this is worth investigating properly. To route it, which iPhone model and iOS version are you on, and does a full close-and-reopen of the app temporarily restore speed before it degrades again?
Your Stuff slowing things down as projects pile up: this is a sharp observation, and the pattern you found (deleting old projects restores performance) is the kind of detail that helps engineering. I'm flagging this one and providing this feedback to the team.
The Select All / Bulk Delete: partly there, partly a real gap. Multi-select and bulk delete do exist in the Recents view on Home, so if you delete from there you can clear several at once instead of one at a time, worth trying as your quicker path. Where it's missing is a true Select All in the Files organizer inside Your Stuff, which is exactly where a big pile of projects lives, so your frustration is fair.
Pinch-to-zoom sometimes resizing a layer instead of zooming: this one's a known rough edge of editing on a touch screen. I'll pass the gesture friction along to the mobile team as feedback, it's a real annoyance for precise editing even if it's not a malfunction. If it ever resizes a layer when nothing is selected at all, tell me, because that would be different and worth a closer look.
AI editing reducing overall image quality: I want to understand this one precisely, because there's a difference between the AI-edited area looking softer (some reprocessing there is expected) and the whole image, including untouched areas, coming out lower-resolution (which shouldn't happen). When you notice it, is the entire exported image lower quality, or only the region the AI changed? And does the degraded version appear on export/download, or also on screen while editing?

If a couple of these are still current, answers to the above get them to the right teams. Thanks again for taking the time to write it up properly.
