My Adobe express has locked my designs and templates are not loading

Hello, I seem to be having an issue with express locking my designs and them not loading properly. I am unable to make changes such as moving or adding the elements or changing the color, and when I click the unlock button it is not responsive. The templates are also not loading. Please may i kindly ask for assistance in this matter?

    Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Adobe Express. I couldn't replicate the issue you mentioned. To troubleshoot, please try the following:

     

    1. Log out of your Adobe Express account.
    2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
    3. Log back in and see if the problem persists.

     

    If it does, try using a different browser or incognito mode. Ensure your browser is up to date as well.
