My AI generation keeps crashing

4. A long load time and failure to generate any results. And a red circle with a white triangle and red exclaimation mark in the middle, positioned on the top left of the image.

Hi @Amitej S, thank you for your response.

 

I've tried hotspotting to my 5g mobile connection and I've tried Firefox and edge browsers but to no avail.

The prompt I used was, "many scattered boot prints against a dirt coloured background, wallpaper clip art style, 2D"
However, I've had this issue occur on multiple different prompt, each varying in complexity. 
Also, if it helps, I'm a premium member, incase these are limitations on what a premium member should be able to accomplish over other kinds of memberships.

Hi @athletic_wonder8290, Thanks for sharing the details. I tried it on my end and was able to generate the image with the same prompt. Could you share the project URL with us so we can check it once on our end? Also, can you confirm if this is the Adobe ID you're using in Adobe Express? If you have any other Adobe ID, can you try once from that as well and also let us know the ID, too? We'd need more details to investigate this issue.

Hey @athletic_wonder8290, Welcome to our Adobe Express Community!

 

I tried replicating the issue you mentioned, but it works fine for me. I was able to generate images multiple times on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox browsers. It also worked fine on the Progressive web app. 

Have you tried clearing the cache/cookies of the browser or on private/incognito browsing mode? Try switching to a different internet connection to see if that makes any difference. Also, can you share the prompt so we can test it on our end?
