My animate isn't working

Hi my name is Sam I am using Adobe Express animate from voice but since the thing keeps saying internal server error internal server error. I'm using it on Android 9 tecno spark 4air and also i cannot enhance audio so on Android I've tried clearing cache and cookies and I've also used different browsers but it's the same I don't know if it could be fixed.

When I'm trying to upload the audio viice to my video on the animate feature it just says can't enhance audio then it says server error

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Please answer a few of the questions before we proceed. Are you getting the error on the desktop web? When exactly do you get the error? Do you get the error the moment you open the feature or when you try downloading the file?

 

Is it possible for you to share the project file with us to investigate further? Also, our product team is investigating this issue. We do not have any ETA on this, but I will check with the team.
