same here. i can still find some libraries in creative cloud desktop. not online. Brands are also empty.

Can you share a screenshot that shows the problem? Did you try to refresh the page? Can you specify the device, browser version and the OS version?


There are a few workarounds you can try:


• You can edit from another browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Safari or Chrome
• You can test in incognito or privacy mode

• Clearing the cache/cookies can help to improve the situation

• You can log out/log in to your session to see if it changes anything
