Thanks for your patience. Please let us know if you're seeing issues exporting a file. What is the file format? Are you getting any error messages?

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? You may also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps.
