I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I encountered on express.adobe.com. Recently, I uploaded several files to the platform, but it appears that they were automatically removed by the system.

Could you please help me understand why the files were deleted and whether it is possible to recover them? These files are important to my work, and any support or guidance on restoring them would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Tarun, Thank you for your reply and for looking into this issue. However, I am still unable to find or access my files in Adobe Express. The projects do not appear in my dashboard or under “Your Stuff.” Here is the direct link to my files/projects that I was previously working on:{Doucment has been removed by the Moderator}Could you please check whether the files associated with this link still exist on your system and advise if they can be restored or made visible again? I did not delete these files manually. Thank you again for your assistance. I appreciate your continued help and look forward to your update.
