My imports failed in adobe express

Please let us know what Adobe Express version you were previously using. Can you share screen recordings of the app workflow and UI so we can understand it better? Do you get any option about Migrating files? Have you checked if the app is logged in via the same Adobe ID that you used to create your older project? Do you see those projects if you open Adobe Express from a desktop browser?
