My previous projects are gone [?1]

I cannot access the projects that were designed a few weeks ago - I do see only a blank pages (screenshots attachedI cannot access projects that were designed a few weeks ago - I only see blank pages (screenshots attached). When I go into a project and click on a page, the image also does not load - it's as if the project never existed, a blank page. How can I recover the files? Some of them are series, I won't be able to restore them 1:1, I need to access these projects...as soon as possible.).
