Correct!

There were at least 2-5 projects in the old version that are completely missing, not visible on any of those links.

Last confirmed to exist May 1 2023, when I downloaded it from the site.
The new project is my attmept to recreate what was lost. Unrelated.
There is no Originals folder in my Files (see screenshot).
Confusing as there are older files than May 23 present, and I know i did not delete the files I'm looking for.

Ok, so to summarize: there was at least one project created in the previous version (express.adobe.com) that you downloaded in May 2023. It's no longer in the previous version (which is why you are getting redirected to the new version). But you don't see it in any of the following "new" locations:

I assume https://new.express.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:US:ee61dadf-d2d2-4418-8ea7-78580237b51b is a new project you recently created, unrelated to your missing projects?

How many projects do you think you are missing? And is there a folder called [Originals] under https://new.express.adobe.com/your-stuff/files

Sorry for all these questions, but I need as much info as possible to pass on to the relevant engineering team.

Thanks for the recording. Apparently, the redirect happens when there are are no projects in the previous version. Which leads us back to square one.

Do you recall when you had created these projects? And when you had last accessed them? Do you happen to have a URL for one of these projects (maybe in your browser's history)?

That's odd. This is what I see when I navigate to https://express.adobe.com/sp/projects

Could you confirm that:

  • you are on a desktop (not mobile)
  • you are already logged in
  • you did include the complete path (including /sp/projects)

Hi,

The only recent logs I see from your account are for this one project: https://new.express.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:US:ee61dadf-d2d2-4418-8ea7-78580237b51b

Were the missing projects created in the previous version of Adobe Express, say before August 2023? In that case, you will have to move them as described in https://helpx.adobe.com/express/kb/file-conversion-troubleshoot.html#locate

Hope this helps

Hi @default35418930zvsokg

Your projects should be in https://new.express.adobe.com/your-stuff/files or a folder contained within it.

If you don't see them, please make sure:

- You are logged in with the correct adobe id

- Also check https://assets.adobe.com and https://assets.adobe.com/deleted

If you still can't find them, please send me a direct message including your adobe id (email that you log in with). It would help to know when you created and last accessed the missing projects.
