My projects have disappeared

Hello, I am a student who had been working on some projects in Express on one laptop until I received my school laptop. Now that I have my school laptop, I logged in and the webpage and presentation that I had created are gone one the first laptop. When I tried to access them again on that laptop that I'd created them on, I got an error message that I needed to request permission to edit. The "Your Stuff" folder that these projects were in are empty on both computers. I looked in the deleted folder and they are not there either. How can I get my saved projects back and edit-able?
