my projects missing

Are you talking about your projects created on the old version of Adobe Express? 

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Thanks for sharing this with us. It shouldn't happen.

You can transfer your projects to the current version, and they will keep the original edit:

• Go to the prior version

• Click Move file on the project you want to migrate
• Click Convert for Desktop
• The conversion takes place

You will land in the editor for the new version of Express of the project you move. To see your projects from the old version on the new one, go to "Your Stuff" and click on the file name "Originals".

We recommend logging out and clearing the caches if you're not finding your current projects created within the new version. You can log in with a new page or in incognito mode. Please share a screenshot if the issue persists.
