My stuff: Folders not visible after a filter is applied

Windows Desktop Web App and Firefox 

Cache have been cleared in both Edge and Firefox when trying on a browser, as well as logged out and logged in again: Same result.

 

Folders no longer appear when applying a filter in the "my stuff" section: see video attached.

As far as I remember it wasn't the case before and doesn't make much sense UI wise.

I'd like to inform you that this is the expected behaviour, as the filter is applicable only for files
