MY WORK IS GONE!!

i have an assignment that needs this website to make it. I was doing amazingly with your complicated program, but nonetheless, i sufficed. Thing is, after a day of not opening the tab, that, for some reason, allowed my project to just disappear. full on, disappear. its gone. no one took it, it just left me. seriously, screw you guys, i worked hard on this.

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Work should not be lost. Could you also check the following locations?

https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents

https://assets.adobe.com/deleted

Also, just to be sure, please double check you are logged in with the correct Adobe id. The same email can be associated with multiple account profies: a personal one + one associated with a school/company.

Do you happen to have the URL of the project in your browser's recent history. If so, could you post it here. That way we can also look at logs on our end.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Could you please try to check incognito mode by signing in with your Adobe ID? Also, did you install the new Adobe Express mobile app to see if you can see your project there?
