Na hora de baixar meus arquivos ele aparece isso, preciso dos meus arquivos para hoje 😞

Can you please confirm the file type you're exporting from Adobe Express? Does it happen with all the files, or a specific one, or just a specific file type?

Have you tried exporting while working in a private/incognito browsing mode to see if that makes any difference?

We'd also like to know if there have been any recent changes made to the browser you use, or if any new add-ons/plugins have been installed. Sometimes such changes can trigger these types of errors.

Acontece somente com um arquivo, normalmente, agora estou passando pela
mesma coisa porém com outro arquivo. Não houve mudança de navegador ou algo
do tipo.

Hi @mercado_2982,

Thanks for your response. Do you see any asset you had added that failed to upload or is still uploading? There should be a red warning sign / orange icon on that asset on the page.

In that case, you can try to re-add that asset (delete and re-add, or replace with the same source).
