need help to download pdf

I'm not able to download de generated pdf. it doesn't allow to scroll own and finish the command to download. Can you help?

Try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference. Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.
