Need to Access Project from employee account

Hello,

 

I was a University emplyee and as such was able to use Adobe products for free. I no longer work for the univesity and recently just lost access to my account connected to my work email. However, I had several important projects saved in that account I absolutely need access to. Is there a way to tansfer ownership of the projects from my university account to my personal account?

Thanks for reaching out. If you need to access a project that was created under an employee account, please note that Adobe Express projects are tied to the account where they were originally created. 

 

Here are a few options you can try:

  1. Ask the original account holder to share the project with you using the collaboration feature in Adobe Express.
  2. If the employee no longer has access, you can request them to download the project and share the file so you can upload it to your own account.
