If I try to use Generative fill it stays loading but never actually allows me to use it.

Sorry to hear about your experience.

Are you using Generative Fill with the mobile app or the desktop version? Do you see any error messages? Did you try to close AE and try again? What happens when you try to add an image? We recommend checking the Internet connection or trying with another device if possible.

Can you share a screenshot while it's loading? It will help us to understand the situation.
