New added fonts not appearing in Express!

Hello, I tried adding fonts from my Adobe Cloud named 'Tussilago' to be more precise. Unfortunately, they don't appear in my Adobe Express app no matter how much I attempt. Strangely, when I manually upload a font file, it does show up. I'm uncertain about the issue here. It seems that the fonts available at https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/tussilago are not linked to Adobe Express.
