New Adobe Express refreshes mid-design and then crashes with a 404 Error message.

Adobe Express version 25.0.2 and Adobe Express Beta version 24.6.3 on ioS

I open the app, start a design, it does this weird refresh. (Irritatingly time consuming)  Sometimes it returns to the design and sometimes it pops me out of the app with the attached error message. I cannot refresh. I have to reboot my phone to open the app again.
