New Express issues

I have seen a few similar posts to this already, but I wanted to create a fresh post to reiterate the issues we're having with the updated version of Express.

 

My organisation is an Adobe Enterprise customer, we have been using Express/Spark for years as a Canva alternative for creating social media graphics and templates for colleagues in different parts of our organisation.

 

The updated version of Express has now caused a number of issues:

 

1. Fonts. This is a major issue for us and causing a lot of problems. Some colleagues are unable to edit text on our templates as the templates use a 'custom font' - which is our brand font. It is impossible for us to use Express if we cannot share templates and use our brand fonts. This used to work fine before where you could share your 'brand' colours, fonts etc. with colleagues in the same organisation and they could then edit templates using the same fonts.

2. Opening templates doesn't work. When you got to ipen a template up, it takes ages to load and then eventually crashes. If you refesh and then go back to 'Your Stuff' the template does eventually appear there and you can edit, but this is a very strange way of navigating the system and takes up a lot of time. [Then once we open the templates we have the issues mentioned above!]

3. Videos in the stock library very slow to load. When testing using the videos in the stock library for social graphics, the videos were very slow to load and kept freezing, which made browsing through the video options a long and slow process.

4. Libraries don't seem to be showing all templates added - is there a limit?

 

Any reassurance of when these issues might be fixed would be great, otherwise we may have to move to an alternative as over the past couple of weeks these issues have been a real provlem and have slowed down our processes.

Hi there - we submitted a case over a week ago, and I am still waiting for a response. I sent a huge email clearly explaining the issues we were having (particularly around the fonts issue which is the biggest problem), and still no solution or proper response.

As an Enterprise customer, please ask your administrator to submit a support case with the issues you've listed above. Also, I encourage you to share your thoughts on features that you would like to see included within Adobe Express by submitting your ideas in UserVoice and voting for the ideas of others.
