new format

Hi, I subscribed to your service quite a while ago. I used to really like using it. However, the new format is HORRIBLE! It is not user friendly, makes zero sense and makes creating thumbnails so much more complicated and frustrating. If you are not planning on changing back to the old format, I would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund
