New UPDATE IS HORRIBLE - Worst update ever. Incredibly glitchy, laggy, just overall horrible in every single possible way. WHY DO YOU HAVE TO TOUCH UI? JUST LEAVE IT ALONE Please convert my account to the old way of adobe express otherwise I will unsub from this company.

    We're sorry for your experience with the new Express version & for the delay in response. Are you still experiencing the glitchy and laggy issue with the app? If yes, please let us know which browser you are using. 

     

    Also, Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Please check this link for more info on this: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050

     

    For more info, we are aware of a few areas that may require additional attention, and we are actively working to address them. Additionally, I'd like to say that it is not possible to go back to the earlier version of the app.
