No access to shared project

I have an issue with tryin to access a shared project. My colleagues have been trying to give me acces to a shared project, but whenever I click on the notification and go the the project it still says I need access. It's important that I get access to this project and I've also tried with a different account. Can anyone let me know what's going wrong or what can be changed?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing the shared project. Here are a few things you can try:

  • Ensure the project owner has granted you proper edit or view access and sent the invite to the correct email address linked to your Adobe account.

  • Try logging out and back into Adobe Express on your device.

  • Clear your browser/app cache or try a different browser/device.

  • Check that you’re using the same Adobe ID that the project was shared with.
