No assets or upload option on the homepage

Hi folks!!
I have few issues while working on this app. Firstly, there is no option in the homepage to make your assets or a library. If I open a project then only the upload option is visible or if I click the + option then only it shows me the upload media option, which is very confusing and hard to find. 

Secondly, If I go to the "Your stuff" option. It is not showing me any upload media option. After going to the library in "your stuff" there is an option to upload but in those options there is no audio option. I want to add audios to my library, which I am not able to do unless I open a project.
