Thanks for reaching out. Please let us know the file format you're trying to download. Does it happen with all files? Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue you're facing?

 

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
