No Facebook icon in Scheduler < Manage Connections

I am a first time user to Adobe Express. I'm trying to connect my social accounts to Adobe Express but the instructions given in the help file refer to a FB icon that is not on my screen. I have no way to follow the directions on the Help page. The Manage Connections page is a dead end from my view.
