No puedo descargar Video en desktop

Por favor, es la primera vez que me pasa esto, al intentar descargar en MP4 un video que tengo que subir urgente, llega al 21%, se queda ahí unos segundos y después me dice que ocurrió un error y no lo descarga...estoy así hace media hora por favor!!!!

I’m really sorry you’re running into this, especially with an urgent upload. Did you use the video from the local drive or from Adobe stock? Is this happening with all video files, or just this one? Have you tried using another browser to check if that helps?

When a download fails its due to a specific asset (video/image/audio) in the timeline. Please check if you see any errors in any of the clips in the timeline. You can also try duplicating the file and see if you can download it.

If the above steps don't help, you can share the project with me via private message, along with the edit rights to investigate further.

Have you tried using another browser to check if that helps? Yes Y have, Chrome and Edge
When a download fails its due to a specific asset (video/image/audio) in the timeline. I don’t see any errors. Idk what kind of errors you are referring to, if you mean eg the Warning icon that sometimes appears at the top right, i don’t see in this case.
You can also try duplicating the file and see if you can download it. I already tried it and it keeps failing
