No results when searching images or graphics

Is anyone having the following issue? How can I fix it? 

Hi there, I've been using express for a few months now and recently, I am unable to get any photo, graphic, etc when typing into the search bar. I've tried searching for simple items that I know would populate, such as "dog", but I still get the error message, "Sorry, we didn't find anything."

My account recently asked to set some preferences and since then, the image bank does not work. Does this have anything to do with the issue? 

How can I fix it?

Also have problem butt with Templates search, doesn't work

Hi @DenisVranjkovic, as per your response on another thread, it seems you're facing search-related issues repeatedly? For this issue related to template search, can you please provide more details on where and how you are searching for templates? Are you trying to generate a template based on a prompt, or are you searching for it in the template option on the left-side panel? 

I tried conducting a regular search and was able to get the desired result for templates.

 

Sharing a screenrecording would help us best understand the issue with template searches. We are here to help; we need more info.

Hi @Tarun Saini thank you for responding! 

I cleared my cache & cookies and it did not work. I am using Chrome as my main browsing tool. I tried to search for images using Edge and it also did not work. 

My preferences are "Individual" and "Marketing." The other fields I left blank. I tried changing the preferences and it did not affect the issue.

Thanks for your response. Few more things I would like to confirm. Are you on VPN? Did you recently install any third-party plugins or extensions on your browsers? Can you try disabling the firewall and check if that helps? Also, try in incognito to see if its works there.

We're sorry to hear about this. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and check if that helps. If that doesn't help, please let us know what preferences you set under your account.
