no saving and downloading of the created files possible

For example, I create a posting. Unfortunately, this can not be saved or downloaded. Adobe Express hangs. What can I do? I have Premium Access.

On my side no issues with the desktop app i've the dowload and share button.
Can you share a screenshot with us?

The download button doesn't appear on the desktop version of
Adobe Express. I found it on the online version
