Voy horas leyendo el mismo mensaje: "Estamos preparando el archivo, podrás descargarlo pronto". Por favor, Adobe, solucione este problema o díganme qué hacer.

Hi!! Thank u so much for your support!! I really apreciated it!. I did resolved the problem, I just deleted and reseat the cahé files in the explorer and then fix it!! Thanks a lot!!

It's strange because I use all the browsers and I'm also using the official Microsoft app Adobe Express but the problem still persists. I need to export the work HELP!

Thanks for the update, and sorry you're still having trouble. Since the issue persists across browsers and the desktop app, please try these quick steps:

  1. Duplicate the project (••• > "Make a copy") and try exporting the copy.

  2. Simplify the design by removing complex elements or unused assets.

  3. Try exporting via the Adobe Express mobile app if available.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
