no sound

there is no sound when i playback my video. but when i download it, it's fine- the audio is back.

    Ditto.  I uploaded my own mp3 file, added it to the timeline.  But when I hit play, I get no sound.  It isn't muted - I even tried it at 100%.  Yet, when I download, the audio is fine in the mp4 file.
