Hi,

 

Sorry to hear you are running into these issues. I was able to load my files, add text and images etc. so it doesn't seem to be a pervasive issue. In order to help investigate, could you please share your files' url (from the browser's address bar when the files are open) and your adobe id (email that you sign in with; feel free to DM me if you prefer).

 

A screen recording illustrating these issues will also help.
