Not able to add fonts

Hi I sent report last week but forgot to mention I am using Education Account. Is there a way I can get to my old account before the update that had the fonts? I tried using Safari and Chome and the Add your fonts option is there in my brand but when you click on it there is no button to upload fonts. Please help because I do social media for the school and now I need to purchase on my person account because I have the fonts there showing on my phone as well.
