Download stops at 90%.

Oh and no error yet just hangs at 90% even gave it almost an hour now.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would it be possible to share the URL for the file having the issue? Also, what file format are you attempting to download?

Thanks for getting back to me. It was a PNG. I just tried to download it
and it did it in seconds. The day I wrote the concern I did everything I
could think of to troubleshoot and nothing worked to get it to download
beyond 90%.
It's working for me now.

I too am having this issue. I have tried all the things always suggested:

- Disabled all extensions
- Cleared Cache/cookies
- Tried other projects, happing on them too
- Tried on 3 different browsers
- Duplicated image

This seems to be a constant issue with Adobe Express from the history of this issue.

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know the format in which you're downloading? Are you getting any error messages? If so, can you share the screenshot of the error? Is it happening with all projects or with some specific ones? 

 

Try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference. Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, restart the browser and try again.
