not able to download.

Keeps saying that a File upload is in progress. I dont see anything.. i shut down browser.. tried another browser.. cleared cache.. still same error.. seems very buggy... i see the community has been having this issue since april 2023. i hope this is resolved today... this app is useless.. if i cannot download..
