Not able to erase

When using the "remove background" tool, I am unable to select "erase." For some images I could, but for others I couldn't, even if I uploaded the image again and restarted.

  • Which OS/browser are you using?

Thanks for looking into this! What happens is that the erase button shows
as selectable, but when I click it nothing happens. Sometimes waiting or
refreshing works, but that's probably less than half of the time.

Hi,

 

We've seen a few similar reports, but are looking for more details. Could you explain the behavior you are seeing:

  • Is it the case that when you click the Erase button, nothing happens (the Erase panel doesn't open)? Or that the panel opens, but doesn't function correctly? In the former case, one thing I would try is wait a bit (say, 2–3seconds) after clicking the Erase button.
  • Do you have a free account or a paid one?
  • Which OS/browser are you using?
  • Does refreshing the browser (and reloading Express) help?

 

A screen recording would be very helpful.
