Not able to remove Background since 4 days Now and the customer service is not repsponding

i am not able to remove the background. it is had been a regular issue and now since past 4 days my work is stuck tried connecting on the weekend no one was available tried asking for help on Monday the customer support said will call back in an hour however no one did and i am still stick with the issue

Hello! From the screenshot I can see it is a video that your want to remove the background from. I know that you have to wait for the video to fully load within the project before Remove background becomes active. Then once you have clicked that option, there's another wait while it goes through the whole video removing the background. With video having various lengths, this can sometimes seem to take a while.

So, my first question is are you waiting for the video to load fully? Then, are you giving the process time to complete? Also, what system and browser are you using?
