Not able to upload myfonts

Whenever i upload my don’t it shows processing and after that it shows some error

Thanks for reaching out! We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Are you trying to upload custom fonts? Are you receiving any error messages? If so, can you share the screenshot of the error? What subscription do you have?
