I am having the same issue.  It's happening in both existing files and if I open a new template and want to recolor something.  I only use RGB color numbers so this is very important to me.

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, especially for Adobe Express.
  • Restart the browser and log in again to check if the issue persists.

Test on a Different Browser

  • If you are using Chrome, try switching to Safari, Edge, or Firefox to see if the issue is browser-specific.

 

  • Ensure Your Adobe Express Version is Up-to-Date

    • If you’re using the Adobe Express desktop app, ensure it's updated to the latest version.
    • If on the web, refresh the page or try a private/incognito window.
