Not downloading

Will load until 90% and not fully download. Tried clearing cache, signing out, and turning off ad blockers already.

    hi.   I have been trying to download class certificates and it uploads to 90-96% then stops.  I am not sure what to do.   I have signed out, cleared cache. and tried dowloading to computer, cloud, and google drive.  does the same action in all.  help.

    Welcome to the community! Could you please let us know which format you're trying to download? Are you getting any error messages? if so, can you share the screenshot of the error? Did you try on another browser or incognito mode to check if that helps?
